About this game
Spades is the classic partnership card game. You and June sit across from each other against Deacon and Vera. Bid the tricks you'll take, follow suit, and use spades to trump.
June plays as your partner: she won't take a trick you're already winning unless she has to. Pick how the table plays, from Casual for your first games to Sharp and Shark when you want a real fight.
Every bag your team takes drops a pebble in the Bag Bank jar, and a new jar starts every Monday. Nil Night, the Daily, gives everyone the same deal to try a Nil on.

How to play Spades
- Bid how many tricks you'll take. Your bid and your partner's make the team's bid.
- Follow the suit that was led if you can. Spades are trump: the highest spade wins the trick.
- Make your team's bid to score. Each extra trick is a bag, and 10 bags cost 100 points. First team to 500 wins.
Controls: Tap a number, then tap it again to bid. Tap a card to play it. A card you can't play is lowered.
