Terms of use

Last updated October 22, 2026

Welcome to HulaGames. By using hulagames.com and the games on it, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Playing

The games are free to play in your browser. You can play without an account. Please play fair: don't use cheats, bots or tricks to break a game, its scores or Hula Points.

Hula Points

Hula Points are a fun reward for playing. They have no cash value, can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and can only be used for the things HulaGames offers them for. We may adjust point values, cap how many you can earn, or remove points earned by cheating.

Accounts

When accounts launch, you'll start as a guest and can save your progress with Google or Apple. Keep your sign-in secure. Display names must be friendly; we may change or remove names that are offensive or pretend to be HulaGames staff. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Our games and content

The games, art, names and logos on HulaGames belong to us. You're welcome to play, share links and post screenshots or clips of your games. Please don't copy the games or their art to use elsewhere.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep everything running, but the games are provided as they are. They may sometimes be unavailable, change, or lose data, and we can't promise otherwise. To the extent the law allows, HulaGames isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or games.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
