Mexican Train, played with a double-12 set of 91 tiles. Each player builds a train from the engine double in the middle, and everyone can play on the shared Mexican Train.
It lies sideways and must be covered before anyone plays anywhere else. If you can't cover it, draw a tile. Once it's covered, the first double on a train opens three ways out: the line carries on, and both ends of the double branch off to the sides, showing its number.
After each round you add the pips left in your hand. The match ends when someone reaches 250 (or 150 or 500, if you change it), and the lowest total wins.
